  • Chris: I also know that with the I-9 requirements, that there has to be a SSN in order to hire. Currently, E-Verify has some "challenges" in the system. Add that to someone that wants to make a little extra and isn't afraid to "Bend the laws" to do it, and you have a recipe for failure.

  • citizen kane: I agree with the entirety of 1.12. My initial objection is based on my own experience/knowlege. I know of a woman that initially came here legally 19 years ago.
